Advertise same day service. Set up for them to come out Wednesday. At 5:30p they were not there and no phone call. Finally got ahold of someone that said that one of their trucks needed service. So they said they could have a truck at my house at 9:30a guaranteed. At 10:30a I called since the truck wasn’t here. More excuses so I cancelled. Poor communication and unreliable service.

Both of the technicians I had were very fast, knowledgeable, and polite. David was very helpful in answering all of my questions and the service was reasonable in cost as well. I called And then because my septic alarm was going off. After looking up what I needed to do, we were a little panicked, but they were able to send a truck out in the morning. I don’t know why, but I was surprised when they showed up on time ready to go. I met Brandon who was super helpful and explained everything to me, including the situation. He encouraged me to have our septic system pumped out every 2 to 3 years so problems like this wouldn’t keep happening. I love how knowledgeable he was he explained the process to me how much it was going to cost and about the time that he would be able to be done. All in all it was a great experience and I fully intend to use them again. Props to Brandon for his help!

David came out first thing in the morning to pump our system out. He noticed some problems with the access points and pipes. He was able to stay on the job all day and got everything up and running like it was supposed to be. He gave us a fair quote and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend USA Septic.

Amazing quick response service! Made things affordable as possible and responded to my emergency same day! Were very thorough in all the work they did. Power surge had damaged my entire unit, electrician confirmed and recommended septic specialist. Couldn’t be happier with the clean out, parts, repair, replacements, and care they put into making sure everything was a go for wedding guests we had visiting that week. Very compassionate and a master of their craft! Thank you to your wonderful knowledgeable and experienced professionalism in getting us up and running again as quickly as possible! After fighting a major issue with my septic system and trying to fix it I finally called in the professionals. Brandon showed up same day as I called and got to work on the system. He pumped all tanks and did a great job troubleshooting the problem and repaired the issue the same day in a short span of time. His professionalism, customer service and knowledge just made me a customer for life and recommend them highly. This type of customer service is rare these days. Thanks again Brandon.
